Recruitment & Outreach
We list the role on a variety of job boards and distribute the position description through our database and extensive network of professional connections. We also practice active recruitment of high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, and we will use LinkedIn Recruiter to research and recruit candidates with the right experience.
Candidate Screening & Interviews
When prospective candidates are identified, we will create a detailed interview guide to uncover the nature and depth of the candidates’ experience. We conduct phone screenings to discuss applicants’ experience, interest, and expectations. Then, we conduct a comprehensive virtual interview using the interview guide.
Final Interviews & Making an Offer
We aim to present a pool of three or more strong candidates to choose from, and we share profiles of each candidate that summarize our impressions and outline strengths and weaknesses. We can help coordinate interviews with Board and staff members, and are able to check references. Since final deliberations can be time-consuming, we will help stay on track to ensure the top candidates are not lost to other positions.
