Heidi Waltner-Pepper draws upon more than 30 years of experience working with a broad range of nonprofits. Beginning her nonprofit career in marketing and public relations for several arts and cultural institutions, in Philadelphia and Illinois, Heidi found her passion in development and began her career in corporate and foundation giving. • (The TW&B team was) so personable and so pleasant to work with…and from a transparency and scope of work standpoint, the stars were aligned. It felt like they really cared about our success, even after the engagement was over.
