We will conduct interviews (with individuals or small groups) of key leaders to understand the organization’s experience and value proposition. If possible, we interview any volunteers, patients, alumni, or past program participants who can speak to their experiences. Our goal will be to gather, firsthand, insights that we can incorporate into our messaging.
